Our mission and values
Global reach, transformative impact and spirit of service
At IESE Business School we want to educate leaders to whom we can entrust the future of business and society.
As the business school of the University of Navarra, our activities are centered around three management axes:
- a global mindset
- a general management approach
- a people-centered vision, with the ethics and social responsibility that entails
We believe that companies are, above all, communities of people who work better in an atmosphere of respect and trust.
Our mission
We develop leaders who strive to have a deep, positive and lasting impact on people, companies and society through professional excellence, integrity and a spirit of service.
Our vision
We are committed to being a world leader and the most impactful European business school for current and future senior executives and entrepreneurs on their journeys of lifelong learning. We achieve this through global business programs and thought leadership based on relevant research.
Standards of Excellence
The quality of our faculty, resources and programs are recognized on many levels, including by official accrediting agencies. We’re pleased to hold triple accreditation from the following organizations:
AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) was founded in 1916 and is the longest-serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, Master’s and doctoral degrees in business and accounting. Less than 5% of the world’s business schools hold an AACSB accreditation.
EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) is the accrediting body of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and is dedicated to raising the standard of management education worldwide.
AMBA (Association of MBAs) is based in the UK and accredits graduate business programs worldwide.
In addition, IESE is accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education‘s ANECA, which is responsible for accrediting higher education institutions in Spain.
