The UAL Level 3 Diploma in Music Production has been designed to provide learners with the skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary to progress to further study and training in a range of music production disciplines. It has been designed for students who have an interest in music production and wish to explore and extend this interest via a full-time, immersive learning experience.

If you’re a producer striving to reach your full potential, but can’t commit to a full-time program, then the Diploma in Music and Audio Production can help turn your passion for music into a career. This Foundation Diploma in Music and Audio Production course is available at BIMM Music Institute Dublin (Ireland), but is currently not available to international students who require sponsorship of a Student Route Visa.

Hertfordshire is home to the majority of the UK's media production. We have strong links with the major film and TV studios, all located within 45 minutes of our campus. In recent years staff and students have worked on major blockbuster movies including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the Harry Potter films. We provide some of the best facilities in the UK for studying and producing your own creative work. Certificate in Music (CMus) is a one-year full-time course for aspiring musicians to build a strong musical knowledge and abilities foundation. CMus provides you with structured music theory, aural training, and performance in your chosen principal study.

Completion of year one of this programme would give the learner a Level 3 Introductory Diploma in Performing Arts. Progression could be onto the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts, into employment or an Apprenticeship. You will have exposure to a range of practical activities through workshops, rehearsals, performances and work experience to develop practical skills and build theoretical portfolios to prepare you for the next level of study.

This course will be delivered online. In this course you will be introduced to Music Production using MIDI and Audio techniques with Logic Pro X. Learn about effects, sampling, learn to remix, mix, and even compose music for film and TV using Logic Pro X.

This level 1 course in Music and Media is designed to provide students who are intrigued and motivated by music and the creative arts with opportunities to explore, develop and test their creativity. Also to progress to further study and training in a range of music, media & perfoming arts disciplines.

The Audio Production Program (APP) is an accelerated twelve-month Diploma program featuring 61 courses in the art, technology and business of audio production taught by award-winning active industry leaders.
