This course is developed to enable delegates to know how to network with relevant contacts and conduct business across cultures by understanding the business customs, corporate culture, and international protocol of different countries to communicate clearly and efficiently.

Objects symbolise existing social relations. By existing in the world, they also reinforce the power, systems and institutions of those who made them. We all want to live in a world that is more equal and just. Architecture is dedicated to material reality (its analysis and design), and the production of space (how power and social relations occur in a place through time).

In addition to examining the experiences of marginalized communities in the U.S. and beyond, students explore race and ethnicity as active social, political, historical, and cultural processes and use race and ethnicity as categories of analysis across time and space.
