An RBT is a paraprofessional who works one-on-one or in small groups with clients and their families dealing with learning behavioural challenges. An RBT works under the guidance of a supervisor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to collect data and carry out treatment protocols or behaviour plans.
