Advanced Program of Specialization in Capital Markets and Structured Financing
The Advanced Program of Specialization in Capital Markets and Structured Financing is face-to-face and is taught in Madrid. It has a price of 2,200 euros.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ADVANCED PROGRAM OF SPECIALIZATION IN STRUCTURED CAPITAL AND FINANCING MARKETS
The main objective of the Program is that the attendee knows and understands from the hand of first-rate professionals, the main global financing operations that Companies, Financial Institutions and Public Sector undertake on a regular basis in the Capital Markets: from the different structures of financing of fixed income (bonds, obligations, syndicated loans, etc.) and hybrid products (preferred shares, etc.), up to the process of risk analysis or rating of an issue.
The crisis situation experienced in the stock markets, as well as the reduction in the number of IPOs, have modified the form of financing of the companies, opting in many cases for other more sophisticated financing techniques. On the other hand, the growth of the volumes managed by the risk capital funds and the high degree of leverage that characterizes their acquisitions has led to a proliferation of new financing instruments in the Capital Markets in order to cover these needs.
In this sense, and as additional objectives, it is established that the student knows in depth the techniques of off-balance financing, the different Capital Markets with their different types of investors, their normative peculiarities, documentaries, etc.
At the end of the program, the student must have acquired the necessary knowledge to face any real situation in a financing operation. Finally, the student must throughout the course, become familiar and get to master the available information resources in terms of funding, such as: press, databases, web pages of public and private organizations, etc.
