STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF MODELS AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS
The Course of Construction of Models and Analysis of Financial Projections begins by approaching the Accounting Fundamentals of the Company (Income Statement, Balance of Situation, etc.), later it delves into the definition of Financial Projections and the different Methods of Valuation. of Companies, places special emphasis on the method of valuation of companies through the Analysis of Cash Flows and also has a module of Fundamentals of Project Finance. After this, the main objective of the course is addressed: the Construction of Financial Models, beginning with the elaboration of an "ad hoc" valuation model of an Industrial Company to continue with the construction of a specific model of Project Finance applied to the concession of a toll highway.
To conclude and from a practical point of view, the study of the construction of several valuation models for Renewable Energy Projects, Real Estate Sector and valuation models for the Banking Sector will be addressed. In summary, the Valuation Models of the Industrial / Services, Infrastructures, Renewable Energy, Banking and Real Estate sectors are treated with a very practical approach and detail essential aspects such as the dimensioning of the debt (leverage, term, coverage ratios) , repayment program, etc.), the mitigation of risks, as well as the analysis of the sensitivities of the models.
