About the Course

Whenever we travel, dine out, or spend an evening away from home, we are enjoying ‘hospitality’. This course will help you discover various aspects of housekeeping, food and beverages and facilities management. It will provide you with knowledge about different business and operational functions of the industry.

Leaders, Supervisors, managers, and all employees in the hotel and hospitality industry

Learning Objectives

This course focuses on developing professional competences such as effective communication and customer service, information technology, teamwork and leadership. In addition, general management of a hotel as an organization including food and beverage, operations, strategic human resource management, and sales and marketing in the hotel and hospitality industry.
