Goal
At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

- analysis and reading grids, such as Daniel Goleman's leadership styles questionnaire
- contributions of tools, methodologies and sharing of good practices
- scenarios specific to each sequence to practice and experiment
- decoding and analysis of videos / films
